Ship the product. Then grow it.

One senior studio for your software, AI, website, and advertising — for businesses of every kind. Everything runs in accounts you own.

What we do

Five practices, one team.

Each practice ships on its own. Together they cover the route from idea to revenue, with no hand-offs between vendors.

Software Development

Product engineering, mobile, APIs, cloud platforms, and data. We design, ship, and support the systems your business runs on — in your repo, on your cloud.

How we work

Working software every two weeks.

Five phases, a written artifact at each, and a demo you can click every other Wednesday.

The full process
  1. 01

    Discover

    Week 0–2

We talk to the people who use, sell, and fund the thing. We read the code and the data. We write down what done means.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Week 2–3

We sequence the work into milestones small enough to demo. Every milestone has an owner, a date, and a definition of done.

  3. 03

    Build

    Two-week cycles

We ship to a preview environment from the first week. You see working software every two weeks, not slides.

  4. 04

    Launch

    1–2 weeks

Staged rollout, monitored, with a rollback rehearsed before launch day. We stay on through the first production weeks.

  5. 05

    Hand off or operate

    Ongoing

Your team takes over with docs and runbooks — or we stay on a retainer. Either way, nothing lives only in our heads.

Who does the work

One team, end to end.

Most projects fail at the hand-offs — sales to delivery, delivery to support, one vendor to the next. The people on your kickoff call are the people who ship, launch, and hand over the work.

  • Senior practitioners only. No juniors learning on your project.
  • Your repo, your cloud, your tracker — nothing held back.
  • A written update every Friday: shipped, next, risks, asks.
  • Every project ends with runbooks and docs your team can run on.
