Terms of use.
The rules of the road for diviteb.com — separate from any engagement contract.
Last updated · 2026-10-02
Definitions
In these terms: 'Diviteb', 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to DIVITEB MEDIA, the company operating diviteb.com. 'Site' refers to diviteb.com and any subdomains. 'You' and 'your' refer to the visitor accessing the site. 'Content' means all text, design, code samples, visual assets, RSS feeds, and other materials published on the site. 'Engagement' means a paid relationship governed by a separate signed agreement.
Acceptance
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Continued use after we update the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Acceptable use
We host the site for informational and marketing purposes. You may share, link to, and reference our content with attribution.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or republish at scale without written permission. Personal use of llms.txt for an LLM crawler is fine; commercial bulk republication isn't.
- Don't probe, test, or attempt to bypass our infrastructure controls except through our security disclosure process at [email protected].
- Don't use the site to send spam, malware, or other prohibited content via the contact or subscribe forms.
- Don't impersonate a real organization or person when filling out our forms.
Intellectual property
All copy, design, layout, code samples, charts, photography, and visual assets on diviteb.com are © Diviteb unless otherwise marked. The Diviteb name, wordmark, and pyramid mark are unregistered trademarks of Diviteb. Open-source code we publish in our public repositories is governed by the license shipped in each repo (typically MIT or Apache-2.0).
Linked third-party sites
We link out to third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, npm packages, customer sites). Those sites are operated by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Engagements
Anything beyond informational use — discovery calls, scoped engagements, advertising management, ongoing retainers, advisory — is governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW), not these terms. Where the MSA or SOW conflicts with these terms in respect of an engagement, the MSA/SOW controls.
Disclaimers
The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We try to keep technical content accurate, but it's general guidance, not advice for your specific situation.
- Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional for your circumstances.
- We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free; we use reasonable measures but can't guarantee.
- Code samples are illustrative. Don't ship them to production without review by a competent engineer in your context.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diviteb is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site (separate from any engagement) is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with the site, which for visitors is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Diviteb harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
Changes
We update these terms when something material changes. The current version always lives at this URL with a Last updated date at the top. Material changes are noted in our changelog.
