Cut the cloud bill. Keep the pager quiet.

AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and disaster recovery you have rehearsed. Platform tooling that makes your engineers faster, not busier.

What we set up

A platform your engineers ship on, not around.

Infrastructure, delivery, cost, and recovery as one system — all of it in code your team can read.

Infrastructure as code

Terraform or Pulumi for everything in your cloud. Plans posted on the pull request, reviewed like application code. Drift detection runs nightly, so console changes get caught.

CI/CD and preview environments

Every pull request gets a build, tests, and its own preview environment. Merges deploy with a one-click rollback.

Internal developer platform

Golden-path templates and a service catalog. New services start with CI, logs, alerts, and an owner.

FinOps and cost visibility

Spend broken down by team, service, and environment. Budgets and anomaly alerts go to the team that owns the spend. Rightsizing and commitment plans reviewed monthly with finance.

Observability

Logs, metrics, and traces in one place. Alerts fire on SLO burn rate, not CPU spikes, so on-call wakes up for things users notice.

Disaster recovery drills

RPO and RTO targets agreed in writing. Restores rehearsed on a schedule, with a written report and a fix list after each drill.

FinOps

Make cost a code-review concern.

Most cloud spend is decided in a pull request, long before finance sees the invoice. We put the cost of a change next to the diff and an owner next to every line of the bill. Savings come from unglamorous work, measured against your baseline — not promised up front.

  • Cost estimates on every infrastructure pull request, posted as a review comment.
  • Tagging policy enforced in CI, so every resource has an owning team.
  • Rightsizing, spot capacity, and savings plans reviewed monthly with engineering and finance.
  • Anomaly alerts routed to the team that owns the spend, not a shared inbox.

Recovery

Disaster recovery you have rehearsed.

A backup you have never restored is a hope, not a plan. We set recovery targets with you, script the restore, and run it on a schedule. Each drill ends with a written report and a list of fixes.

  • RPO and RTO targets per system, agreed in writing before the first drill.
  • Restores scripted and run from the runbook, not from memory.
  • Quarterly drills by default, with timings recorded against target.
  • Encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege IAM, and rotated secrets as the baseline.
  • Every PR

Gets a preview environment and a cost estimate

  • 1 click

    Rollback on every production deploy

  • Quarterly

Default DR drill cadence, with a written report

  • 0

Console-only changes — infrastructure lands through reviewed code

The first restore drill took twice as long as our runbook claimed. Two drills later, it came in under target, and we had the timings to prove it.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare. We work in the accounts you already have and leave everything in Terraform or Pulumi your team can run.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. We pick the simplest runtime that meets your scale — managed containers or serverless first, Kubernetes when the workload calls for it.
Will you cut our cloud bill?
We start with a cost breakdown by team and service, then a ranked list of changes with an estimated saving for each. We don't promise a percentage before we've seen the bill.
Can our team run it after you leave?
Yes. Everything is in code and documented in runbooks. Handover includes pairing sessions and on-call shadowing with your engineers.
How is it priced?
A fixed scope for a defined platform build or audit, or a monthly rate for ongoing platform work. You get a written estimate after discovery.
