Digital Marketing

Email and automation that earn the next purchase.

Onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back flows across email, SMS, and in-app — with deliverability handled and revenue per recipient as the headline number.

The full lifecycle

Messages triggered by what customers do.

Not a newsletter with automations attached. A system that reacts to product events, on the channel that fits the moment.

Flows for every lifecycle moment

Onboarding, activation nudges, repeat purchase, renewal, and win-back. Each flow branches on what the customer did, and each one ships with a holdout group so you can see what it adds.

Deliverability, handled

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up and monitored. One-click unsubscribe and spam-rate limits from Gmail and Yahoo's bulk-sender rules met.

Segments from product events

Built from what people do in your product or store, not only which list they joined.

SMS and in-app, with consent

SMS only with explicit opt-in and quiet hours. In-app messages for moments email is too slow for.

Revenue per recipient

Per flow and per campaign, joined to orders or your CRM. The number that still means something after Apple's privacy changes to opens.

Platform picked for your stack

Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze. Chosen for your data and team. Migrations come with a domain warm-up plan.

Measurement

Revenue per recipient, not opens.

Since iOS 15, Apple Mail Privacy Protection preloads images for users who turn it on, which records an open whether or not anyone read the email. Opens stopped being a clean signal. We report revenue per recipient, lift against a holdout, and retention by cohort instead.

  • Revenue per recipient by flow and campaign, joined to orders or your CRM.
  • Holdout groups on core flows, so you see what each flow adds over sending nothing.
  • Retention by cohort at 30, 60, and 90 days — slow-burn flows show up here.
  • Complaint and bounce rates watched per mailbox provider, with alerts on spikes.
  • Wk 1

Deliverability audit: authentication, complaints, and bounces

  • 100%

SMS and push sends gated on explicit opt-in

  • Every flow

Core flows ship with a holdout group

  • Monthly

Our flows finally match the product. They fire on what users do, and we can show finance what each one adds.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Which platform should we use?
The one that fits your data and team. We work in Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, and Braze, and we'll tell you to stay put if your current tool is fine.
Will switching platforms hurt deliverability?
It can if volume moves too fast. We warm up sending domains in stages and watch complaint and bounce rates daily during the move.
What do you need from us?
Access to your sending platform, your product or order events, and someone who can approve copy. Some engineering time is usually needed to send events — we scope it up front.
Do you write and design the messages?
Yes. Copy, design, and templates that render in dark mode and pass accessibility checks. Your team approves before anything sends.
How is it priced?
Usually a fixed-scope build for the core flows, then an optional monthly engagement to test and expand. We scope it after a discovery call.

Ready when you are

Send us your top three flows.
