Cut the manual work between your tools.

End-to-end automations across CRM, support, finance, and back office. Triggered, observable, and recoverable — built on n8n, Temporal, or custom workers, with AI steps where judgment is needed.

Where the manual work hides

Six shapes of automation worth building.

Each ships alone. Together they replace the spreadsheet-and-cron glue most ops teams run on.

CRM ↔ billing ↔ support

A customer signs up in the CRM, gets billed in Stripe, and opens tickets in the help desk. We wire those events end to end with retries, dead-letter queues, and an audit trail. Finance, support, and sales read the same record.

Long-running flows

Onboarding that takes three weeks. A renewal nudge on day 320. Temporal keeps the state through restarts and deploys. We model the steps.

Customer-facing webhooks

Inbound and outbound webhooks with signed payloads, retries, and a delivery log your customers can read.

Internal triage

Routes failed revenue events to the right Slack channel by severity. Attaches a proposed fix. Closes the alert when the metric recovers.

Compliance workflows

GDPR export and deletion requests, access reviews, vendor reviews. Each step is logged, so the evidence your auditor asks for is a query.

Reconciliation jobs

Nightly checks of Stripe against your ledger, or your CRM against the warehouse. Each run writes a diff report. Variances above your threshold page a person with the rows attached.

AI steps where judgment is needed

Classify an inbound email. Pull the invoice number out of a PDF. Draft the reply. AI steps return typed output and route to a person below your confidence threshold.

The hard part

Workflows that survive a partial outage.

A workflow that breaks when one dependency times out is a diagram, not a system. Production workflows retry with care, park what they cannot process, alert before queues back up, and replay cleanly when the upstream returns.

  • Every step is idempotent — safe to retry without a double charge, email, or provision.
  • Retries use exponential backoff with jitter, so a struggling upstream gets room to recover.
  • Dead-letter queues have their own alerts. Failed payloads are never dropped quietly.
  • Queue-depth alerts fire on the trend, before customers notice a delay.

The engine

The right engine for each flow.

Not every flow needs Temporal. Not every flow belongs in a no-code tool. We pick per workflow and write down why, so the next engineer can follow the reasoning.

  • n8n for team-editable flows with clear inputs and few branches.
  • Temporal for flows that run for days, branch often, or move money.
  • Custom workers when volume or latency rules out both.
  • One audit trail and one alerting setup, whichever engine runs the step.
  • Every step

Our billing provider went down twice this year. Both times the workflows waited, retried, and caught up without anyone touching them.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

n8n, Temporal, or custom code — who decides?
We recommend one per workflow during discovery and write down the tradeoff. You make the call. Mixing engines is fine when the audit trail and alerting stay shared.
How long does a first automation take?
We plan for a first production workflow in two to four weeks. The number of systems it touches and the quality of their APIs set the pace.
What do you need from us?
API or admin access to each tool in the flow, a sandbox where one exists, and someone who can walk us through today's manual process step by step.
Who runs it after launch?
Your team, with the runbooks and alerts we hand over — or we stay on to operate it. Either way, the code and config live in your accounts.
How is it priced?
Each engagement is scoped and priced after a discovery call. Platform costs, such as n8n or Temporal Cloud, are billed to your own accounts.
